I used homemade noodles & broth. Ingredients:
8 c broth |
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts |
4 carrots |
4 stalks celery |
1 large onion |
2 t olive oil |
3 c noodles |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken breasts first. Then sauté carrots, celery, & onion in oil until the onion is tender. Add broth & bring to boil. Add chicken, simmer for 10 minutes, add noodles, and simmer for another 15-20 minutes, until veggies are tender & noodles are done. |
