Ingredients:
6 cups chicken broth
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 ounces flat egg noodles
1/2 cup raw chicken meat, cut into bite-size pieces
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Simmer the chicken broth and celery about 5 minutes.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook about 2 minutes, or until done.
3. Add the noodles and cook until tender.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with the parsley.
