A creamy casserole. Quick fixins for a weeknight supper. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup |
1 cup shredded chicken |
4 cups cooked egg noodles |
1 tbs miracle whip light |
Directions:
1. Boil enough egg noodles to equal 4 cups after they are boiled, not 4 cups prior to boiling. Drain and combine with 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup, the miracle whip light and 1 can of chicken breast meat, chopped. 2. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips, crackers, French's Onions, whatever. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncovered. |
