This would be a good snack for football watching. You could use leftover cooked chicken in place of the canned, but the canned is actually pretty good! Ingredients:
4 large cans white chunk chicken breast, drained |
1 package cream cheese |
3/4 of a large container of sour cream |
1/2 cup salsa |
1 small bottle of ortega taco sauce |
1 8 oz bag shredded taco or colby cheese |
pinch of hot cayenne pepper and garlic powder (optional) |
nacho chips |
Directions:
1. Combine first three ingredients 2. Spread in an 8x12 inch baking dish 3. Sprinkle with hot pepper and garlic 4. Pour salsa and taco sauce over chicken mixture and top with cheese 5. Bake in a 375 oven until cheese is melted 6. Serve warm or cold with nacho chips |
