Excellent dip for the game or company, with tortilla chips. Ingredients:
3 lbs velveeta cheese, cubed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies and juice |
1 lb bulk sausage, browned, and crumbled into small pieces, and drained |
Directions:
1. Place cheese in slow cooker, and cook on low until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. 2. Add soup, chilies, and sausage, stir, and heat on low for 1 hour. 3. Pour over tortilla chips just before serving. |
