An easy casserole with a different twist. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons taco sauce |
1/4 cup chopped green chili (optional) |
3 cups cubed cooked chicken |
12 slices processed american cheese |
4 cups broken tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine soup, sour cream, taco sauce and chilies. 2. In an ungreased 2 quart dish, layer half of the chicken, soup mix, cheese, and tortilla chips. 3. Repeat. 4. Bake uncovered at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. |
