Chicken Stew Ingredients:
22 oz chicken thighs |
2 cups potatoes |
1 cup carrots |
1 cup celery |
1 cup pearl onions |
4 cups cream of mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Place 4 chicken thighs in a Crock Pot and cook until meat falls off the bone, if cooked with skin remove it. 2. Add two cans mushroom soup cook for one hour. 3. Add frozen stew vegetables cook until potatoes are done. 4. Serve over rice, or pasta, or as a main dish. |
