curry Ingredients:
3 g grapeseed oil |
415 g chicken breast, chopped |
330 g onions, chopped |
170 g yoghurt |
161 g bell pepper, chopped |
142 g tomato, chopped |
25 g murghi curry seasoning |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil - fry the onions until softened. 2. Add the chicken, seasoning and yoghurt - stir to mix well. Add a little water if necessary. Simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Add the chopped pepper and tomato (and water if necessary) and simmer for a further 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has desired consistency. 4. Serve with naan over rice. |
