1 whole chicken |
6-8 cup(s) water |
2 cup(s) orange juice |
2 apples (cored/diced) |
2 tomatoes (diced) |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) chopped celery |
1 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 teaspoon(s) curry |
1/3 cup(s) rice |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in water, oj w/celery, onion, 1 apple, 1 tomato & salt; When chicken is cooked, de-bone and add chicken pieces back to soup. 2. Add 1/3 c rice, the other apple and tomato & curry. Simmer covered 30 min. |
