One night when I ran out of Tuna for a casserole, I substituted Chicken and mixed some things around and here is my creation... Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni |
1 cup cheese, grated |
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced |
1 cup peas, cooked & drained |
1/2 cup onion, diced |
1 (16 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and cook in covered 1 1/2 quart casserole at 350* for 1 hour. |
