my roommate actually concocted this delicious recipe. she calls it chicken masquerade because when I first tasted it, I thought the chicken was perfectly cooked beef! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice |
1 large chicken thigh, skinned and chunked |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup white wine |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon celery seed |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 garlic clove |
1 stalk celery, diced |
Directions:
1. Saute chicken pieces in soy sauce. 2. When chicken is about half-cooked, add wine and spices. 3. Mince garlic and add. 4. When most of the liquid is cooked out, add celery. 5. Serve over rice. |
