Chicken breast and spaghetti smothered with marsala sauce. Ingredients:
1 7/8 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips |
1 cup campbell's marsala skillet sauce |
4 cups spaghetti, cooked |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat, add chicken. Cook until brown. 2. Stir in marsala skillet sauce and heat to boil. 3. reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 4. Serve over cooked pasta. |
