A Filipino recipe. Ingredients:
1 whole chicken |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
3 tablespoons orange marmalade |
2 tablespoons peach preserves |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cut up chicken. 2. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, orange marmalade, peach preserves, pepper and salt together. 3. Marinate chicken in mixture for 2 hours. 4. bake chicken in 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes. 5. Turn chicken. 6. Bake 15 minutes more. |
