Ingredients:
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, fine sliced |
2 cloves garlic |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 green onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients. 2. Place in glass bowl or dish that will hold chicken in single layer. 3. Add chicken; let marinate a minimum of 4 hours, turning occasionally. 4. May be left in fridge, covered overnight. 5. Remove chicken from marinade. 6. Grill chicken on barbecue, basting with marinade at intervals, or bake 30 to 45 minutes in 350 F degree oven or until cooked through. |
