I got this recipe from my future sister inlaw Amy and she got it from her aunt Diana. My family loves this chicken marinade. The directions say not to marinate chicken no more then 2 hours or the chicken will fall apart while cooking. You can use Canola oil I used it when I made my marinade. The spices listed is the way it was prepared for my family. The recipe lists it as whatever to taste. The chicken was served to my family as kabobs with green peppers and onions. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup peanut oil |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut up |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Place cut up chicken in sauce to marinate. 3. Grill until chicken is cooked done. |
