Ingredients:
1 lb chicken liver |
1 large onion |
2 bouillon cubes |
pepper |
garlic |
Directions:
1. Clean liver. 2. Sauté onions in 2 tablespoons oil. 3. Add bullion cubes and pepper, garlic and liver. 4. Cook low covered for 20 minutes. 5. For gravy, use starch and water with pan drippings. 6. Add angora bitters to gravy. |
