Yummy and healthy Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
1/2 large onion |
5 garlic cloves, chopped |
1/3 carrot, sliced |
1/4 cup pickled ginger |
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts |
0.5 (8 ounce) can bean sprouts |
soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Marinate Chicken in Teriyaki Sauce with Sesame. 2. Brown Chicken then make a well to Sauté onions and garlic till golden and add pinch of red pepper flakes to taste. 3. Add sliced pickled ginger to taste. 4. Add soy sauce 5. & little salt to taste. 6. In the end add water chestnuts, carrots and a hand full of bean sprouts. Cook for about 2mins to incorporate but leave a little crisp. 7. Enjoy over brown rice or in lettuce wraps. |
