Ingredients:
20.72 oz 4 chicken leg quarters |
2 tbsp fresh rosemary |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. rub leg qtrs with juice, combine oil with remaining seasonings & rub into meat. place in oven dish & cover with foil. bake for about 30-45 minutes or until internal temp comes to about 165, when the meat starts to recede from the bone. remove foil & brown for about 5 minutes. squeeze a little more lemon juice as you like. |
