Ingredients:
1 bag(s) bonless chicken
1 can(s) rotell tomato (mild)
1/2 bag(s) seasoning blend (onions,celery,bell peppers...)
1 box(es) chicken broth
1/4 cup(s) dales seasoning
1 tablespoon(s) old bay seasoning
1 tablespoon(s) black pepper
1 package(s) vigo 1 step lasagna noodles
2 jar(s) prego traditonal meat sause
1 1/2 tub(s) riccotta cheese
2 whole(s) eggs
1/4 cup(s) parsley flakes
3 bag(s) six cheese itilian shreaded cheese
1/2 teaspoon(s) itilian seasoning
Directions:
1. st: Combigne (in large pot)bonless chicken, rotell tomatoes, chicken broth, black pepper, old bay seasoning, Dales, and old bay seasoning. Cover and bring to boil on med heat.cook untill chicken is 1/2 way done, then un-cover and continue cooking on med heat untill chicken is stringy. Then set aside(COOK TIME approx 2 1/2 hours)
2. NOTE:the chicken can be frozen
3. nd:combign riccota cheese, eggs, parsely, itilian seasoning, and approximatly 2 oz cheese in large bowl and stirr vigoursly,( whipping)
4. rd: sprinkle a little prego meat sauce in bottom of pan
5. th: thenspread cheese mixture evenly over lasagna noodles and arrange in pal like this ( =I )
6. then sprinkle grated cheese evenly across pan
7. then, combign 1 cup of chicken to 1/2 jar prego meat sauce (mix well) and spread evenly across pan.
8. th: then repeate step 4 alternating lasagna noodles every layre (=I) (I=)(=I)
9. NOTE: on 4th layre go ahead and use all ingredients!!
10. Finally cover and cook in preheated oven 350 for 4 hours.
