This recipe is my mother in-law Ann's. It's too good, not to share. I make a side of potatoes or rice with this dish. To pour the sauce on it. The sauce is sweet. Ingredients:
2 (18 ounce) jars apricot preserves |
2 (8 ounce) bottles russian salad dressing |
1 (1 ounce) envelope lipton onion soup mix |
6 lbs chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Mix apricot preserves, russian dressing, and onion soup mix together. In a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. place chicken in baking dish, cover with sauce. Place in a 350 degree oven. Bake for 45 minutes. |
