500 g ground chicken |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon coriander powder |
1 teaspoon sweet paprika |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
1 egg |
fresh ground black pepper |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients, and then cook on a hotplate with a little oil. 2. Serve with salad of avocado and cherry tomatoes and Edam cheese. 3. Or with a yogurt with mustard, cumin mint lemon juice and pepper. |
