Can be served with grilled tomatoes, garlic yogurt,French fries and salad.Or as a sandwich with pita bread.The best for me is with RICE. Ingredients:
1 kg minced chicken |
1/2 bunch fresh coriander, chopped |
3 cloves of garlic, crushed |
1 egg |
1 sachet (20g) chicken stock |
spices |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
3 tbsp. vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the coriander, garlic, egg, Chicken Stock and spices. 2. Shape the mixture into small patties, either in finger shapes, or mould around skewers. 3. Heat the oil in a pan or grill, 4. cook the kofta for 7-10 minutes until done. |
