A simple, rich tasting soup. Add more water if it is too thick. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup water |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1 medium onion, cut in 1/8 's |
salt and pepper |
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional) |
4 potatoes, cut up |
6 small carrots, cut up |
2 -3 cups cut up cooked chicken |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan combine all ingredients. 2. Cook until vegetables are tender. |
