My kids love this dish with rice. Its a good item for Sunday lunch. Ingredients:
1 kg chicken piece |
3 -4 onions |
3 tomatoes |
2 teaspoons red chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder |
5 -6 green chilies |
salt, as desired |
3 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Fry sliced onions in oil till light brown.Add chicken pieces and stir them in oil for 3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and let the chicken cook with 4 cups water till nearly done. Lastly add the green chillies and cook for more 5 to 6 minutes. Serve hot with plain boiled rice. |
