Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 teaspoon(s) cajun seasoning
8 ounce(s) spicy sausage sliced
1 onion, red small cut into wedges
2 peppers, different colors cubed
2 stewed tomatoes, stewed or rotel
Directions:

Toss cubed chicken with cajun seasoning. Cook chicken & sausage in large skillet or stew pot. Add veggies and cook 3-5 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes and cook another 5-7 minutes.

Serve in shallow soup bowls with rice
