curry Ingredients:
3 g grapeseed oil |
385 g chicken breast, chopped |
169 g bell pepper, chopped |
228 g onion, chopped |
560 g tomatoes, chopped |
85 g plain yogurt |
112 g aubergine |
25 g jalfrezi masala curry powder |
13 g green chili peppers, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix yoghurt, curry powder together and marinade the chicken for 15 minutes. 2. Heat water in a pan, add the vegetables, simmer until they soften. 3. Add the chicken/yoghurt mix, cook until chicken done. 4. Serve immediately with rice/naan bread. |
