Inspired by a recipe in the Creme de Colorado cookbook Ingredients:
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. 2. Combine parmesan, parsley, oregano, garlic, and pepper. 3. Dip chicken in melted butter, then in cheese mixture. 4. Put in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter. 5. Bake 25 minutes or until tender. |
