Siegilville Methodist Church cookbook Ingredients:
3 -4 chicken breasts |
3/4 cup wine, rose or 3/4 cup chablis |
1/4 cup soy sauce (may use less) |
1/4 cup salad oil |
2 tablespoons water |
1 garlic, close |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all togather except chicken in casserole. 2. Add chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn chicken occasionally while baking. 3. Serve over rice. |
