Ingredients:
4 -6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup white wine |
1 cup chicken broth |
salt and pepper (to season) |
olive oil |
1 cup sherry wine |
1 clove garlic |
Directions:
1. Roll seasoned chicken pieces in flour. 2. Brown in olive oil. 3. Remove browned chicken; add garlic clove, wine, sherry, and broth to pan. 4. Simmer for a few minutes; remove garlic clove. 5. Place chicken in a casserole dish; pour sauce over it and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. |
