Chicken in White Wine Sauce |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
4 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. 3. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Add broth and wine. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with cheese. |
