I received this recipe from my aunt. This is very good served over rice. Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs, skinned |
1 cup white wine |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place chicken in dutch oven or deep pan. 3. Mix all ingredients (except chicken) together. 4. Pour mixture over chicken. 5. Bake 1& 1/2 hours. |
