Chicken in Tarragon Cream Sauce |

Shallots, garlic and lemon pepper season tender chicken breasts in a tarragon-scented cream sauce featuring Swanson® Chicken Broth. Ingredients:
vegetable cooking spray |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
2 shallots, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 cup swanson® chicken broth (regular, natural goodness™ or certified organic) |
1/4 cup light cream |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves |
Directions:
1. Season chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add shallots and garlic and cook until tender. 2. Add broth, cream and tarragon. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. |
