This is very kid-friendly...I know. Out of my six grandchildren, two are sooo picky that even pizza or hamburgers are taken apart! Remember..the nutritional facts are for the whole chicken. Ingredients:
1 large chicken, skinned and cut up |
1 ounce onion soup mix (i use lipton's) |
18 ounces apricot preserves |
1/4 cup honey |
1 (8 ounce) bottle russian salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a baking dish. 2. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. 3. Cook uncovered in a 350F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 4. Serve over rice or tiny pasta (I like orzo). 5. Simple as it can get! |
