We had this at my husbands bosses house years ago and we have been making it ever since. I personally take all the skin off the chicken but if you want you can leave it on the legs. Ingredients:
7 -11 pieces chicken (breasts, legs or thighs.) |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
1 (10 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package campbells dry onion soup mix |
1/2 pint sour cream |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in baking dish skin side up. 2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 4. Cove with lid or foil. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1-1/4- 1 1/2 hours. 6. N.B. Always remove skin from breasts and thighs. |
