Chicken in Mushroom Sauce |

Chicken breasts simmered in a creamy mushroom sauce are served with rice. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of mushroom soup (regular, 98% fat free or 25% less sodium) |
1/2 cup milk |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
4 cups hot cooked rice |
chopped fresh parsley for garnish |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. 2. Add soup, milk and black pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Garnish with parsley. |
