This recipe can be made to be low fat by using all low fat ingredients...This is a good Sunday Dinner or good for company.... Ingredients:
8 skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 envelop dry italian dressing mix |
4 ounces cream cheese |
1 can of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup chopped green onion (green part only) |
1/3 cup dry white wine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Lay the chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. 3. In a small sauce pan, heat all other ingredients, except onions and wine, stirring until well blended. 4. Add the green onion stems and wine. 5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 1 hour. |
