Easy chicken in cream recipe Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinned and halved |
1 1/2 ounces butter |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped |
150 ml double cream |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown the chicken in the butter, season well and remove from heat. 2. Place cooked chicken, parsley, mint and cream into an oven-proof covered dish. 3. Place in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour, turning the twice chicken during cooking. |
