It's chicken casserole for when your in a hurry. It will make your taste buds fly off your tongue! Ingredients:
6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (16 ounce) package stove top stuffing mix |
1 (16 ounce) can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken soup) |
1 cup milk |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups cooked broccoli or 2 cups desired vegetables |
Directions:
1. Prepare stuffing as stated on package, cool. 2. Mix soup and milk together. 3. Cut up chicken into cubes or desired size; into 9 x13 glass baking dish. Add cooked broccoli. Spread stuffing over chicken; pour soup over chicken and stuffing. Cover with grated cheddar cheese. 4. Bake at 350°F until cheese is browned and chicken is tender (about 1 hour). |
