Ingredients:
1 cup(s) dry sherry |
fresh mushrooms |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
6 large chicken breasts |
3/4 cup(s) melted butter |
1/4 cup(s) parsley |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken in sherry overnite. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter and roll in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in 13x9 pan. Place sliced mushrooms on top of each breast and drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
