A quick chicken recipe, serve with plain white rice and steamed baby carrots. Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 lbs cut-up chicken |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1 (2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Arrange chicken parts in a casserole dish. 2. In a small bowl combine the ketchup, water, sugar and soup mix. 3. Mix together well. 4. Spoon over chicken, making sure the sauce is on every piece. 5. Bake covered at 350F for one hour. |
