A great way to use leftover chicken
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
hot sauce to taste (i use louisiana)
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
1 egg white, lightly beaten
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl
3. Roll out biscuits on a lightly floured surface to 4 inch rounds
4. Spoon about 1 tbls. chicken mixture onto one side of biscuit
5. Brush water onto the edges of circle
6. Fold biscuit over chicken mixture, forming a semi- circle
7. Use a fork to crimp edges
8. Brush with egg whites
9. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden
