This takes a bit more preparation, but looks wonderful and would be a great centerpiece for a holiday dinner Ingredients:
1/2 cup red ell pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped |
1 can (5 oz) chunk chicken drained (or use chicken breast chopped) |
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cojack cheese |
2 pkgs crescent rolls |
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped |
2 tbsp onion, chopped |
2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup |
Directions:
1. Open rolls, arrange in a circle on baking stone with bases overlapping and points toward the outside. 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients. scoop filling in a circle around the center of the rolls 3. cover with the roll points and tuck under to for a ring. 4. bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown |
