This recipe is very easy to cook, simple and very tasty. Happy cooking. Ingredients:
500g chicken breast fillets |
250 gr green beans (cut 3 cm) |
100ml water |
paste |
10 bh banana chillies |
( red and long one – seeded & cut finely) |
1 bh garlic ( crushed ) |
2cm fresh ginger ( crushed ) |
1 tbspn corn flour |
2 tbspn chicken stock |
Directions:
1. To make the sauce you need : 2. 1 tspn fish sauce 3. 2 tb spn hoi sin sauce 4. 1 tspn sesame Oil 5. 1. Heat the pan with a spoon of veg oil and add garlic, cooked till brown and add 6. 2. chicken, red chillies,garlic and hoisin sauce, mixed well until the chicken cooked. 7. 3. Then add green beans or other vegetables you wish to used. 8. 4. And add fish sauce & sesame Oil. 9. 5. Mixed the chicken stock & the corn flour and pour to the pan. 10. 6. Cooked until the sauce is thicken. 11. serve with a bowl of cook Jasmine rice |
