easy way to use leftover Chicken Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken cubed |
2 medium onions cut into wedges |
1 green pepper cut into strips |
1 lb. 13 oz. _1 can tomatoes |
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons mustard |
2 tbs. minced garlic |
1 tsp. thyme |
1 tsp rosemary |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
1/2 lb. shrimp |
3 cups hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except Shrimp and rice in a large saucepan 2. Cover and bring to boil 3. Simmer 45 minutes untill chicken is tender 4. Add shrimp Heat 1 minute Serve with rice Makes 6 servings |
