Ingredients:
3 ounces chopped grilled chicken breast (or use skinless rotisserie chicken to save time) |
1/2 cup halved grapes |
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts |
3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt |
salt and pepper |
3 cups romaine lettuce |
Directions:
1. Mix chicken, grapes, walnuts and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over romaine lettuce. |
