Quick and easy party food for all the family Ingredients:
4 slices warburtons gluten free white bread, plus milk and calcium, crusts removed |
50 g sesame seeds |
4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces |
2 medium eggs, beaten |
olive oil flavored cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Using a food processor, blend the bread to fine breadcrumbs. 2. Mix breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and spread over a large baking tray. 3. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg & coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. 4. Lay the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and place in the fridge for 30mins. 5. Spray chicken with the olive oil spray and oven cook for 10-15 minutes at 200°c/Gas mark 6. 6. Serve with tzatziki, guacamole or tomato salsa. |
