Ingredients:
olive oil |
2 cup(s) onions diced |
2 cup(s) celery diced |
2 cup(s) carrots diced |
2 tablespoon(s) garlic minced |
salt |
pepper |
oregano |
basil |
rosemary |
thyme |
marjoram |
parsley |
2-10 oz box(es) frozen spinach chopped |
2-50 oz can(s) chunk white meat chicken |
4-1 lb box(es) gnocchi |
2-49 oz can(s) chicken broth |
bay leaf |
2 pint(s) heavy cream |
Directions:
1. In a large stock pot, add olive oil to cover bottom 2. Add garlic, onions, celery & carrots 3. Add salt, pepper, basil, thyme, rosemary, parsley, marjoram & oregano to taste 4. Saute vegetables until soft 5. Defrost chopped spinach in microwave & add 6. Drain chicken & add 7. Add gnocchi 8. Add bay leaf & chicken broth, bring to boil 9. Taste & add additional seasonings as needed 10. Turn down to simmer & add heavy cream 11. Simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally |
