A cool and refreshing main-dish chicken salad. Chicken can be purchased precooked & diced making prep fast and easy. This is delicious served with poppy seed bread. Ingredients:
4 cups diced cooked chicken |
3 cups diced celery |
3 cups red seedless grapes |
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, well drained |
3/4 cup mayonnaise or 3/4 cup miracle whip |
3/4 cup thawed cool whip |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes and pineapple. 2. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. 3. Combine dressing with salad and mix well. 4. Note: Recipe may be doubled or halved. |
