Ingredients:
4 (1/4-pound) cubed steaks |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons water |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle steaks with pepper; set aside. Combine egg and water, mixing well. Dredge steak in flour, and dip in egg mixture. Dredge again in flour. 2. Heat 1/2 inch of oil to 350°; add steak, and fry 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain steak on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt before serving. |
