Ingredients:
4 (1/4-pound) cubed steaks
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1 cup all-purpose flour
vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Sprinkle steaks with pepper; set aside. Combine egg and water, mixing well. Dredge steak in flour, and dip in egg mixture. Dredge again in flour.
2. Heat 1/2 inch of oil to 350°; add steak, and fry 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain steak on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
