Chicken Fried Chicken Strips

This makes the best crispy fried chicken! I've even used the Batter for fish and chips and it's wonderful.
Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 egg
1 tablespoon spices, and seasonings to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine soup and egg. Mix Well.
2. In a bowl (I use a large ziplock bag) combine flour, spices and cornstarch.
3. Dredge chicken in soup mixture then flour/cornstarch mixture.
4. Let stand on wire rack until mixture starts looking a little opaque on the chicken (usually about an hour).
5. Fry in 1/4 inches oil until golden brown.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve.
